President's Report

Dear Friends and Fellow Chapter Members,

I’d like to personally thank all of the donators to the Student Scholarships. Since we were not able to have the annual Christmas Party this year, without these generous donators, we would not have enough funds to support this vital annual program. I would like to thank the following for their generous donations:

Comfort Engineering

Trane

Mechanical Products of Nevada

Mark Crawford

Hugh Tanner

Matt Lisiewski

Bryan Im

Mike Aslanides

SMACNA

This month’s meeting (February) unfortunately falls on Valentines Day this year. So rather than trying to compete with spouses and loved ones, and in the interest of keeping people out of the doghouse, we have rescheduled this month’s meeting. This month’s meeting will now be on the 3rd Tuesday of the month instead of the 2nd. So now the date will be February 21 and will be LUNCH meeting. Please note this and don’t show up a week early; unless of course, you want to eat at Sierra Gold for lunch that day anyway. We have a great speaker lined up as our chapter’s very own member and active ASHRAE volunteer, Keith Gritton, will have a very interesting presentation on cooling tower design. I look forward to seeing you all there!

Regards,

Bryan Im

President

ASHRAE of Southern Nevada
